Perfect for those on the go or those looking for a simple yet delicious breakfast(RSF | DF*)
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp golden flaxseed fine meal
1 sachet Brilliance Unflavored collagen
1 serve replenish vanilla protein
1 tbsp + 2 tsp maple syrup
1 shot of espresso
1/2 cup + 3 tbsp coconut milk (or non daily milk of choice)
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt for DF
1 tsp cacao powder
Method
Combine oats, coconut milk, flaxmeal, brilliance collagen, protein, espresso and 1 tbsp maple syrup in a bowl or jar and place in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, mix Greek yoghurt with 2 tsp maple syrup.
