If you change your mind about your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in re-saleable condition. As our products are ingestible, we are unable to accept returns of opened products.
Please email your request to return your product to hello@kissedearth.com.au and we will provide the address for the return of your unopened product(s) to us. Returned product(s) must be received within 30 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice / order confirmation. Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.
If you don't love it, we will accept product returns within 30 days of your order for a full refund!
Here's how it works: You have 7 days from receipt of your order to try the product(s). If you don't like the product(s), simply notify Kissed Earth of your dissatisfaction at hello@kissedearth.com.au within 7 days of receipt of your order. Kissed Earth will provide return address details via email.
You then have 21 days from the time of the complaint to return the product(s) to Kissed Earth. Provided that 25% or less of the product has been used, you are entitled to a full refund on receipt of the return by Kissed Earth. *Return shipping will not be covered by Kissed Earth.
Our money back guarantee is applicable on your first purchase only.
Although we endeavour to ensure all products are handled with care, there are instances where a product may be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us (within 30 days of purchase) at hello@kissedearth.com.au to organise a replacement.

Returns must be received back to the warehouse within 30 days of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your selection, please contact us at hello@kissedearth.com.au for return address details.
If this is your first order from Kissed Earth Apparel you are eligible for a refund. Refunds are sent back to your original payment method used.
If this is NOT your first order and you have placed previous orders from Kissed Earth Apparel, you are not eligible for refund. We do not provide monetary refunds on change of mind or size returns, unless a product is deemed faulty and a genuine manufacturer fault as approved by our Team. According to ACCC we are not obligated to refund for a change of mind.
All orders are eligible for return for store credit. Store credit is available for 12 months from date of issue. Store credits and gift cards are not refundable and cannot be transferred to cash or refund.
If the fit isn't right, we will cover the return shipping for one exchange.
All orders are eligible to be returned for one time exchange. We only offer one exchange per order, if you are returning an exchange, this will be eligible for store credit only.
Kissed Earth Apparel does not guarantee stock for your exchange order, it is subject to availability. Your exchange order will only be processed once your return is in transit back to us, unless you have selected an instant exchange.
