Equipment Needed

Glass mixing bowl

Silicone spoon

Baking paper

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup maple
  • 1/2 cup Kissed Earth Replenish Vanilla protein
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • Chocolate Chips

Macros / Nutritional Info

Method

  1. Add ingredients in to a bowl and stir to combine
  2. Add chocolate chips
  3. Place on a baking sheet and smooth over with the back of a spoon to flatten
  4. Freeze for 1 hour
  5. Melt some dark chocolate in a bowl for dipping
  6. Dip the frozen yogurt treats into melted dark chocolate and return to freezer for 15 minutes.
  7. Enjoy
