Method

  1. In a saucepan combine gelatin and 1/2 cup of water and bloom for five minutes
  2. Over low heat combine orange juice, maple, coconut milk and Brilliance Pineapple Coconut Collagen in a different saucepan
  3. Stir to combine
  4. Add bloomed gelatin and stir until dissolved
  5. Once dissolved, pour into moulds of choice
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set
  7. Remove from moulds and store in an air tight container in the fridge
  8. ENJOY!
