Tim Tam Slice with Chocolate Replenish

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. In a mixing bowl combine almond flour, coconut flour, 2 scoop replenish, 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil, cacao powder and 1/4 cup maple syrup
  3. Mix until a dough forms
  4. Spoon mixture into a lined loaf tin and press to flatten 
  5. Bake for 9 minutes and let cool
  6. In a mixing bowl combine coconut cream, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup maple and 1 scoop replenish. Mix until combined
  7. Pour on top of chocolate base and set in freezer for 30 minutes or until firm
  8. Melt dark chocolate and pour on top of chocolate filling
  9. Return to freezer for 2 hours or until set
  10. Slice and enjoy!
