Valentine's Brilliant Bounty Bites

Ingredients

• 2 cup desiccated coconut 
• 1/2 cup coconut cream
• 2 sachets Kissed Earth Brilliance Unflavoured Collagen 
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• 3 tbsp coconut oil
• 2 tsp beetroot powder 
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate melted

Method

1. In a large mixing bowl combine desiccated coconut, coconut cream, maple, coconut oil, collagen and beetroot powder
2. Mix until combined
3. Transfer mixture to a heart shaped silicone mould and press to flatten
4. Place in the freezer for 1 hour
5. Melt dark chocolate and dip each bounty bite in the chocolate until coated 
6. Place on baking paper and return to freezer for 1 hour
7. Enjoy!
