Bliss Hot Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

Method

  1. In a sauce pan combine coconut cream, bliss hot chocolate and maple syrup. Simmer on a low heat until warm.
  2. In a mixing bowl, pour in chocolate chips and then the coconut cream mix over. Let sit for 5 minutes before stirring.
  3. Stir until everything is mixed through.
  4. Place in the fridge to chill for 3-4 hours.
  5. When set, dust hands with cacao to prevent sticking and roll into balls and dust with cacao.
  6. Return to fridge until ready to serve.
  7. Enjoy!
