Replenish Chocolate Easter Nests

A simple and nourishing recipe to celebrate Easter made using Kissed Earth Replenish Chocolate protein.(GF | DF | RSF | VE)

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup Replenish Chocolate protein
1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 packet mini Easter Eggs

Method

In a mixing bowl combine shredded coconut, and protein
In a microwave safe bowl combine chocolate and coconut oil and microwave for 45-60 seconds until melted
Add to mixture
Spoon a tablespoon of mixture on to a lined baking tray and gently press in the centre to place chocolate eggs
Repeat
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set
