Method:
1. In a small bowl add lime juice, coriander & chilli sauce. Mix to combine and set aside.
2. In a large bowl add avocado, tomatoes, onion, s+p and teaspoon of Kissed Earth Medicinal Mushrooms. Mix to combine.
3. Fold the chilli mix into the large bowl. Slowly mix until combined.
4. Serve with your fave healthy crisps! We love tortilla chips.
