Pistachio Ice Cream with Brilliance

Ingredients

1 cup coconut cream
1 cup pistachios
1⁄4 cup of honey
1 sachet Kissed Earth Brilliance Unflavoured Collagen
Chocolate/ crushed pistachios

Method

In a blender, add pistachios, collage, coconut cream, and honey.
Blend until combined.
Pour into moulds.
Freeze for 3 hours or until set.
Dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle pistachios on top.
