Easter Egg Mousse with Chocolate Replenish

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the cream part of 2 tins of coconut cream. Using a hand held mixer, whisk until light and fluffy.
  2. Add cacao powder, Replenish protein, melted dark chocolate and maple syrup. Whisk until combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Whisk mousse mixture again until light and fluffy.
  5. Spoon into Easter Eggs of choice.
  6. Enjoy!
