Replenish Pistachio & Cranberry Fudge

Ingredients

Method

1. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave.

2. Add the protein powder and tahini to the melted coconut oil. Stir to combine.

3. Add the pistachios and cranberries and stir until fully incorporated.

4. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and pour the fudge mix into the dish. Freeze for 1 hour.

5. Cut into small squares and store in a jar/container, in the fridge, for whenever you're ready for a healthy snack!
