- 20 g Hazelnuts
- 3 tsp Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Banana (medium) frozen
- 125 ml Milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tbsp Rolled Oats (if gluten-free, use brown rice or quinoa flakes)
- 6g Kissed Earth pure collagen
- 1/2 cup Water
Place ingredients into a blender and blitz on high until smooth and creamy.
