Peanut Butter & Hazelnut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 20 g Hazelnuts
  • 3 tsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Banana (medium) frozen
  • 125 ml Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 tbsp Rolled Oats (if gluten-free, use brown rice or quinoa flakes)
  • 6g Kissed Earth Pure Collagen 
  • 1/2 cup Water

Method

Place ingredients into a blender and blitz on high until smooth and creamy.
