2 - 3 tablespoons fresh berries, or seasonal fruit of choice
2 heaped dessertspoons coconut yoghurt
1 teaspoon shredded coconut
Place all ingredients besides the toppings in a high-speed blender and blend till thick and creamy. If you need to add a little more liquid just add a splash of your milk. Pour thick smoothie into a bowl and top with berries, shredded coconut and coconut yoghurt.
