These raspberry and peach ice creams burst with flavour and will make you glow from within. (GF| DF | RSF | V)
1. In a blender combine coconut cream, frozen raspberries, maple, vanilla bean and luminous peach sachets.
2. Transfer to ice cream moulds and freeze for 4 hours or until set.
3. Melt dark chocolate and dip each ice cream into chocolate and decorate with freeze dried raspberries.
