Luminous Peach & Raspberry Ice-Creams

These raspberry and peach ice creams burst with flavour and will make you glow from within. (GF| DF | RSF | V)

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup coconut cream
2 cup frozen raspberries
2 tbsp maple
1/4 tsp vanilla bean
2 sachets Kissed Earth Luminous Peach
Dark chocolate
Freeze dried raspberries

Method

In a blender combine coconut cream, frozen raspberries, maple, vanilla bean and luminous peach sachets.
Transfer to ice cream moulds and freeze for 4 hours or until set.
Melt dark chocolate and dip each ice cream into chocolate and decorate with freeze dried raspberries.
