Choc Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

½ cup cacao butter
1 cup 100% peanut butter
4 tbsp cacao powder
2 sachets Kissed Earth Brilliance Collagen
2 tbsp rice syrup (optional depending on how sweet you want them!)

Method

Add cacao butter to saucepan over low heat to melt completely. Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients to saucepan and use a whisk to mix well until thick & creamy.
Pour into silicone moulds & place in fridge to set for 20 mins.
