Coconut Chicken Poppers
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 200C and line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. In a mixing bowl combine chicken mince, shredded sweet potato, spring onion, coconut flour, olive oil, Brilliance collagen, and spices
  3. Mix together
  4. Roll into bite sized pieces and dip into whisked egg, then roll into breadcrumbs and place onto baking tray
  5. Repeat
  6. Cook in oven for 25-30 minutes
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
