  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 4 medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 sachet Kissed Earth Brilliance Unflavoured Collagen
  • 1 cup goji berries, currents, and cranberries
  • 2 tbsp zest of an orange

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except for white chocolate, and pumpkin seeds in a blender.
  2. Blend until a smooth mixture.
  3. Roll into balls.
  4. Decorate with white chocolate and top each with a goji berry and 2 pumpkin seeds.
