1 scoop Kissed Earth Replenish Vanilla Protein powder
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp crushed walnuts
1 tsp goji berries
1/3 cup plant based milk
Method
In a jar, add the protein powder, oats, chia seeds, walnuts, goji berries and plant milk. Stir to combine and let this sit in the fridge until fully absorbed/overnight
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Core the apple and ensure the base is intact. Place on a lined baking tray
Bake for 30 minutes or until soft
Let the apple cool completely before filling it with the chilled oat mixture
