Baked Apple Overnight Oats with Replenish

Ingredients

Method

  1. In a jar, add the protein powder, oats, chia seeds, walnuts, goji berries and plant milk. Stir to combine and let this sit in the fridge until fully absorbed/overnight
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  3. Core the apple and ensure the base is intact. Place on a lined baking tray
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until soft
  5. Let the apple cool completely before filling it with the chilled oat mixture
  6. Enjoy with yogurt or nut butter
