Brain Elixir Spicy Steamed Tofu

Method

  1. Add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, mirin, sesame oil, Brain Elixir and chilli flakes to a bowl (OPTIONAL: add ginger paste). Whisk to combine
  2. Carefully transfer the block of silken tofu to a bamboo steam basket, and steam for 10-15 minutes until firm
  3. Transfer the tofu to a serving plate, drizzle the spicy soy sauce on top and sprinkle with sliced shallots and sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
