  • 3 tbsp gelatine
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup juice (green coloured)
  • ½ cup juice (red coloured)
  • 1-2 sachets Kissed Earth Brilliance Unflavoured collagen

Method
  1. Combine gelatine with 1 cup of water and allow to bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine Brilliance collagen with the red juice and gently heat, stirring. Repeat in another saucepan with the green juice.
  3. Add half of the gelatine mixture to each saucepan.
  4. Stir until fully combined.
  5. Pour into moulds of your choice and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set.
