Brilliant Watermelon Sorbet Ice Blocks

Ingredients

• 1/2 watermelon, cubed 
• 1 sachet Kissed Earth Brilliance Unflavoured Collagen
• 1 lime, juiced 

Method

1. Add the watermelon cubes to a blender
2. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime into the blender
3. Add sachet of Kissed Earth Brilliance Unflavoured Collagen
4. Blend until smooth and well combined
5. Pour the mixture into ice block moulds
6. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until solid
7. Remove from moulds and enjoy your refreshing, collagen-infused icy poles!
