"Really like the flavour and texture of the vanilla protein - i don't mind it just with water :) the Balance green blend tastes a little like tropical mango juice flavour and is pleasant enough to drink in about 400-500ml cool water also. I chose to switch to these products as I think my gut is reacting badly to the artificial sweetener sucralose and after 3-4 weeks, I've stopped getting 'IBS' type symptoms. For reference, I alternate my training of hiit and heavy resistance 6 days per week and am 40 years old in a 400 calorie deficit for the last 4 weeks."
