Vanilla Blueberry Baked Breakfast Bars

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. In a mixing bowl combine dry ingredients
  3. In a separate bowl combine peanut butter, maple, egg, and coconut milk and whisk to combine
  4. Add to dry ingredients, and whisk to combine
  5. Fold through blueberries
  6. Pour into a greased oven proof dish, and bake for 30 minutes 
  7. Let cool, slice and enjoy!
