Twix Bars with Replenish Vanilla

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla replenish protein
  • 1/2 cup maple
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut cream
  • Dark chocolate

Method

  1.  In a mixing bowl combine almond flour, protein, 1/4 cup maple and 1/4 cup coconut oil. Stir until combined.
  2. Press into a lined baking tin or loaf tin.
  3. In a separate bowl combine peanut butter, 1/4 cup maple, 1/4 cup coconut oil and 1/2 cup coconut cream.
  4. Pour over base and set in freezer for 10 minutes.
  5. Combine melted dark chocolate with 1/4 coconut cream and smooth over caramel layer.
  6. Return to freezer for 2 hours to set.
