Tiramisu Baked Oats with Replenish Vanilla

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Espresso shot
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 scoop Kissed Earth Replenish Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • Topping - 1/2 cup yoghurt + 2 tbsp maple syrup and a dusting or cacao powder

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C
  2. In an oven safe baking dish add oats, chia seeds, cacao, maple syrup, baking powder, Replenish, coconut milk, coffee shot and 2 tbsp yoghurt
  3. Mix to combine
  4. Bake for 40 minutes
  5. Once baked, remove from oven and let it cool
  6. In a separate bowl combine yoghurt and maple syrup. Sppon over cooled baked oats and dust with cacao powder
  7. Enjoy!
