Ingredients

Method

  1. Add sesame oil to pan and brown mince on medium heat
  2. Make sauce by combining coconut aminos, oyster sauce, mushroom blend and 3 tbsp water. Whisk to combine
  3. Add sauce mixture to browned mince
  4. Add carrot, capsicum, celery and ginger to mince
  5. Add rice and stir through
  6. Serve in lettuce cups. Squeeze fresh lime to taste and season with chilli.
