Ingredients

  • Kissed Earth coffee
  • 2 heaped tbsp yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 rice cakes
  • Cacao to dust

Method

  1. In a small bowl add freshly ground coffee with boiling water.
  2. In a separate bowl combine yoghurt and maple syrup and stir to combine.
  3. Add rice cake to coffee, flip to coat on both sides.
  4. Transfer to a plate and spoon yoghurt mixture on top
  5. Repeat.
  6. Dust with cacao and enjoy.
