Homemade Fruit Roll ups
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 70C
  2. Scrunch baking paper and dip baking paper into water and place on baking tray. This will prevent the mixture from crinkling.
  3. Puree the strawberries and maple syrup in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  4. Pour the strawberry puree on to the baking sheet and spread evenly. 
  5. Bake for 3-4 hours.
  6. When they are done you will be able to touch them and it’s no longer sticky.
  7. Cut into desired strips once cooked and store in an air tight container.
