High Protein Egg Salad with Brilliance

Method

  1. Hard boil 6 eggs
  2. Once eggs are cooled, peel and chop to preferred size
  3. Fry bacon until cooked
  4. Add eggs, bacon, mayo/avo, Brilliance, mustard, shallot and salt ad pepper to a large mixing bowl until well combined
  5. Serve mixture on Lettuce cups and enjoy!
