Fancy Pants Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Banana (medium) frozen
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1/3 Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Rolled Oats (if gluten-free, use brown rice or quinoa flakes)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 6g Kissed earth Collagen

Method

Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender, blitz until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, cacao nibs (if using) and drizzle of honey.
